The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved a motion today introduced by Supervisor Kathryn Barger that extends a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for the suspicious disappearance of Monique Figueroa.

Ms. Figueroa was last seen by her father as she drove away from her home on the 7200 block of East Avenue U-12 in Littlerock on May 19, 2015.

“My heart goes out to Monique’s loved ones who have painfully lived with her absence for nearly eight years,” said Supervisor Kathryn Barger. “Extending this reward sends a message: We are not giving up. I want unresolved questions answered for the sake of her family and the Antelope Valley community at large. If anyone has any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, please find the courage to step forward.”
