Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of 13-year-old Pasadena resident Iran Moreno.

“The senseless murder of Iran has left a painful void in the hearts of his family, friends, teachers and the community at large,” said Supervisor Barger. “I’m hopeful that this monetary reward will help move us closer to finding whoever is responsible and holding them accountable. Justice for Iran must be served.”

This $20,000 reward is in addition to the $10,000 reward offered by the City of Pasadena. “We are grateful to Supervisor Barger and the County Board of Supervisors for this additional reward to help find those responsible for the murder of 13-year-old Iran,” stated City of Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo. “I am hopeful these rewards will encourage witnesses to come forward with any information they may have.” He noted the importance of families deserving closure and some measure of justice.
