The City of Palmdale incorporated on August 24, 1962. More than 152,000 residents call Palmdale home making it the 33rd most populous city in California. Over the last 25 years this city has consistently been ranked in the top 25 fastest growing cities in the United States. 

Palmdale is known as the “aerospace capital of the United States”, and has been the site of research, development, final assembly, and testing of the elite aircraft used by the United States Air Force, NASA, and airlines and air forces around the world. However, in recent times, other manufacturing companies have relocated to Palmdale seeking more affordable land, proximity to Palmdale Airport, and special tax breaks from the Antelope Valley Enterprise Zone and the Palmdale Federal Foreign Trade Zone. 

The City of Lancaster incorporated in 1977 with a population of 37,000. Today, nearly 145,000 people call Lancaster home. Lancaster is the 31st largest city in California and home to the Poppy Reserve, Musical Road, and the Aerospace Walk of Honor. 

Lancaster is referred to as the “solar capital of the world” and currently generates 39 megawatts of solar power with another 50 megawatts under construction. Lancaster has received multiple Eddy Awards for Most Business-Friendly City in Los Angeles County by the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, nineteen Helen Putnam Awards from the League of California Cities, and a City Livability Award recognizing outstanding achievement, leadership and special innovation from the United States Conference of Mayors. 

The City of Santa Clarita incorporated on December 15, 1987 – the largest City ever to incorporate in the history of California. Santa Clarita is the 3rd largest city in Los Angeles County and the 18th largest in California. It has ranked as one of the top 100 places to live in the United States by Money Magazine and is listed as one of the safest cities in California. It was also named the Most Business Friendly City in Los Angeles County by the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, and the Best City for Industrial Development by the Los Angeles Buiness Journal.

The City of Glendale was incorporated on February 16, 1906 and spans approximately 30.6 square miles with a current population of approximately 194,478 people. Glendale is the fourth largest city in Los Angeles County and is ranked as one of the Ten Safest Cities in the United States. The low cost of doing business in Glendale has made it home to such recognized firms as Walt Disney Imagineering, Nestle USA, IHOP / Applebees, DreamWorks, LegalZoom, and Public Storage. The City boasts over six million square feet of office space and no gross receipts tax.
